4:09pm Call to order

Approved April Agenda – motion by Debra Gerber; seconded by Laury Rush.  Unanimously approved.

Approved March 5, 2026 Meeting Minutes – motion by Renee Westlake; seconded by Laury Rush.  Unanimously approved.

Held Superintendent Advisory Council Update to May meeting.

Discussed elections cycle.  All aware there will be a website audit in May.

Laury Rush reported on the Cross Council meeting.  Her major takeaway was that schools use regular surveys to get more feedback from parents.  Felt the meeting was useful.

Discussed current charter dollars expenditure.

Need to complete the Council Surveys.

Principal gave information on current events at Cambridge.

Students not present to give report on student needs/concerns.

Laury Rush discussed Cross Council meeting.  No further parent updates.

Mr. Fulk commended our Special Education teachers as part of the staff update time.  Our Special Education teachers work tirelessly to serve our students, collect data, communicate regularly with parents, students, and team teachers, as well as holding a full load of planning lessons, grading papers, and meeting with teachers to ensure solid instruction.
