Attendance Notifications
Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus sends notifications for attendance to let parents/guardians know when a student was marked absent from a period of the school day. Here is an example of what the notification says:
"DATE"
Dear "GUARDIAN"
Good Afternoon! We missed "STUDENT" today. Is everything okay? Please tell "STUDENT" we hope to see them soon.
Attendance Record noted by: TEACHER NAME.
The notice will indicate the teacher who marked the student absent in their roster. If a substitute teacher took attendance, Chevaron Burns (Attendance Clerk) will be listed as the teacher. Parents/Guardians can check the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to view their student's attendance at any time. Teachers can notify the attendance office if an error is made in a student's attendance record.
