Students

Students can scan the QR code found throughout the building or access the form through the link below to make an appointment with their counselor. Students will receive a paper pass or an email with a date and time for their appointment. Students should show their teacher their pass or email before leaving the classroom. Students can also stop by Bridge West to make an appointment.

If this is a life-threatening emergency, see an adult immediately.

Parent/Guardians

Parents and guardians can request an appointment with a member of the counseling staff by emailing them directly (see emails the right). Email is the most efficient means of communicating with our staff, but our counseling staff can also be reached by phone.
