Graduation Name Card
During the graduation ceremony, each graduate will present the reader with his/her name card that will be used to announce them. These will include the pronunciation of your full legal name as provided when the order for your cap & gown was placed.
You have the option of supplementing your phonetic pronunciation with an audio file. If you would like to take advantage of this, please provide your full legal name and upload an audio file via the link below. Name your audio file with your full name and Grad. ID. Note that you must be signed into the FCS network, using your FCS log in, to upload a file to this form.
