Graduation Package and Senior Fee

Graduation Package

Fee - $275

Package Due Dates:

July 1 - November 30 = $275
Main order: guaranteed gown size and delivery in March (distribution date TBD).

December 1 - February 28 = $300
Add order fee for the cap and gown - guaranteed size and delivery in March.

March 1 = $320
Cap and gown ship-to-home charge, gown size matched as close as possible.

Graduation Package  
  • Custom gown, stole, cap, and tassel
  • Diploma cover
  • Venue fee
  • Tickets (total number TBD)
  • Programs and other expenses associated with graduation
  • Senior Dinner with rehearsal
Order through 3rd Ascent for one-stop shopping
  • Ordering opens week of July 6
  • Order by November 30 to ensure delivery late-March and guarantee gown size
  • Payment plan available through 3rd Ascent
  • Add Senior Fee (PTSA Activities) to Grad Fee order for one-stop shopping
  • Add Senior memorabilia through 3rd Ascent

Senior Fee

Fee: $80 (sponsored by Cambridge High School PTO)

  • Activities: Senior Sunrise Breakfast, Senior Picnic

  • Exclusive Senior Swag: T-shirt, Cup, and Student ID Lanyard

  • “Celebrate Seniors” Events: Kona Ice, Tropical Smoothie, and Bagels & Brew

  • One-stop shopping, with 3rd Ascent. Add Senior Fee to your Graduation Package order

Senior and Senior Parent Communications

A lot of information will be available throughout the year for seniors and their families, including due dates, action items, and graduation information. Both seniors and their parents must stay connected and read the information pushed to them. Senior information will be made available through the following:

  • Student daily announcements (Cambridge Headlines) – sent each day to the student's FCS email address.
  • Weekly parent newsletter from Cambridge High School
  • Our website – www.CambridgeHS.org – Seniors and Graduation page

Communications from Cambridge High School are sent to the guardians' emails in Infinite Campus. Please make sure you have valid email addresses in Infinite Campus. Your information can be updated in Infinite Campus. For instructions, visit our website at: Student and Family Resources>Updating Parent/Guardian and Student Inormation.
