Senior & Senior Parent Graduation Meeting

Mark your calendars for an important meeting on the Class of 2025 Graduation. This meeting will cover all the information that you and your senior need to know as we approach graduation and the ceremony day.

  • Graduation venue (Ameris) details: parking, ADA seating, venue bag and food policies, and photography
  • Graduation tickets
  • Tickets, graduation IDs, name card for the reader, the graduation package
  • Academic and service cords
  • What graduates should wear
  • Final transcripts, HOPE and FAFSA
  • Senior check out action items
  • Senior Events
  • Opportunity to ask questions

Graduation Name Pronunciation Audio File

During the graduation ceremony, each graduate will present the reader with his/her name card that will be used to announce them. These will include the pronunciation of your full legal name as provided when the order for your cap & gown was placed.

You have the option of supplementing your phonetic pronunciation with an audio file. If you would like to take advantage of this, please provide your full legal name and upload an audio file via the link below. Name your audio file with your full name and Grad. ID. Note that you must be signed into the FCS network, using your FCS login, to upload a file to this form.

Graduation Tickets

Tickets for the graduation ceremony are required, and seniors will receive fourteen (14) tickets each. Families are encouraged to work within the community to obtain tickets that other families may not use if additional tickets are needed. Tickets will be distributed to seniors after the mandatory graduation rehearsal on May 16, at 4:00 pm, in Cambridge High School theater.
