Tickets are required for entry. All seating is in the covered amphitheater, and lawn seating will be closed.

Parking at Ameris

 

Parents and guests will park in Lot A (1775 Founders Parkway), which opens at 12:30 pm. The West and East gates open at 1:00 pm. Handicapped parking is available in the A Lot. Guests can also be dropped off at the main entrance off Encore Parkway and enter the East Gate.

Graduates will park in Lot C (11450 Maxwell Road), which opens at 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, graduates will walk to the security checkpoint to enter the holding area. They will go through a security check and are asked to have their gowns unzipped upon arrival. Graduates must be dressed and in the holding area by 1:00 p.m.

ADA Seating and Guests Needing Assistance

Ameris Bank Amphitheater has ADA seating designed for wheelchairs and one seat. Directly behind this section is box seating. Ameris will reserve these sections for our ADA guests and their families until 1:45 p.m., then they will open them to all. Handicapped parking is available in the Parent/Guest Parking Lot A. Ameris staff will provide a golf cart shuttle for those needing assistance. Ameris will provide a shuttle from Lot A for those who need assistance.

Venue Seating

 

Ameris' bag and food policy applies to graduates and guests.

  • "To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags (4.5" x 6.5"). No other bags of any type will be allowed."
  • In addition, Ameris Bank Amphitheater will need to tag any oversized bags, such as diaper and camera bags.
  • No outside food or drinks other than one sealed plastic water bottle per person.

Graduates:

  • We recommend that graduates not bring purses or bags. There will be no place to keep them during the ceremony, and graduates will not be allowed to return to the holding area afterward.
  • Water will be provided in the holding area for the graduates.
