Residency Verification

Residency Verification Process

In accordance with the Fulton County Board policy, all 9th and 10th graders, new enrollees, or households with a change of address must submit proof of residency. To submit proof of residency:

  • Please download and complete the Residency Verification Form at the link below.
  • Provide two proofs of residency as outlined on the form and listed below.
  • Please only send acceptable documents outlined by Fulton County. Do not send documentation without the Residency Verification Form.

Please email the completed Residency form with two proofs of residency to CAMHSresidency@fultonschools.org.

Deadline to Submit:

September 5, 2025

Until proper documentation is received, students will be placed on a 30-day provisional enrollment. After this period, students without verified residency will be withdrawn until the requirement is met.

If you uploaded your residency documents while completing the FCS census update process in Infinite Campus, please email camhsresidency@fultonschools.org to let us know. We will check Infinite Campus and let you know if we need anything additional.
