Residency Verification

Residency Verification Process

In accordance with the Fulton County Board policy, all 9th and 10th graders, new enrollees, or households with a change of address must submit proof of residency. There are two ways to submit proof of residency:

  1. Census Update (preferred method):
    Please go into the Parent Portal and do a Census Update to confirm that your emergency contacts and residency information are correct. You will upload your proofs of residency in the census update (see chart below).

    Census verification is a critical control used to validate student demographic information, household and emergency contacts, and authorized release of individuals.   2. On Paper:
  • Please download and complete the Residency Verification Form at the link below.
  • Provide two proofs of residency as outlined on the form and listed below.
  • Please only send acceptable documents outlined by Fulton County. Do not send documentation without the Residency Verification Form. 
  • Please email the completed Residency form with two proofs of residency to CAMHSresidency@fultonschools.org.

Deadline to Submit:

September 2026

Until proper documentation is received, students will be placed on a 30-day provisional enrollment. After this period, students without verified residency will be withdrawn until the requirement is met.

If you uploaded your residency documents while completing the FCS census update process in Infinite Campus, please email camhsresidency@fultonschools.org to let us know. We will check Infinite Campus and let you know if we need anything additional.
